Know someone (young, alert and oriented) who was treated horribly here. Laid in dirty diaper for hours on several different occasions and no one would change her. Hospital bed did not have breaks. Very unsafe.

My mom has had very good care in rehab. PTs & OTs friendly & personable. Always quick to answer questions & keep me updated on progress.

I've called and a nurse answered I asked about my dad who is there, she said call back in 20 min. I did just that understanding they are always understaffed why I don't know its a rehabilitation/ nursing home. When I called back a man answered and hung up on me. I called back and no one answered the phone until about an hour later! Once someone finial ly answers the phone I ask for corporates number then everyone wants to answer any and every question you have to ask. Very disappointed with this place! If you don't have compassion/ patients for elderly folks just get out of the business...
