My grandfather was calling for help for a long time and no one helped him. We walked in to him on the floor yelling. Another time he also was found on the floor after he fell off of his chair. He is not treated well. It is very unfortunate. : (

My mother has been a resident here for about 5 months. The other day I came by to pick her up for a doctor's appt. She was in the rec room with another male resident and a staff member. The male resident was watching tv where there was just a bunch of planes flying around. I asked the staffer what was on tv, and she said that he used to fly RC planes and so they found videos of RC planes on youtube and play them for him. THAT'S how much they care about their residents!
