Great place for my family member. Much better than Dyer Nursing and Rehab, they are horrible.

My mother was at this facility in 2019 for the last 6 months of her life. It is run very poorly! Her care was horrific. There was no communication between shift changes and they were always short staffed. We were able to spend 12 of the 24 hours with her and ended up doing the majority of her care while we were there. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My father-in-law is here here now for PT and OT. Some of the staff is very good and, then, others not so much. For example: today we arrived around 11 AM and he was still in bed. When we asked him why he said that he had been calling for help but no one has come. My wife finally had to track someone down.
