Lack of communication. My mom was there for rehab during Covid outbreak. Her experience was horrible. Moved her rooms several times without letting family know. We wasn't allowed in so crazy calling with no answer no answer calling in facility either. Difficult to watch a family member thru the window struggling with open food and couldn't get anyone to answer. Would not suggest this place for rehab. A total mismanagement of care here.

My son came here for therapy and decided he wanted to stay. Very clean, mostly caring staff, lots of food choices. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they are in serious need to a staff retention program. It's a fact that it cost more money to keep filling vacated jobs and using outside agencies.
