super stupid my grandma works there and had to go in on fathers day

Had issues with general care of nursing (not all of the nurses) but it felt more of a do it yourself situation. If I ever had to choose a rehab again this place is the last on my list.

I transferred here after 7 days at a facility that endangered my health. I was petrified to go some where else. I am very young and wondered at the first place 'is this just what it's like' However, when I got here to Meadow lakes it all started with Dawn letting me know I was safe and offered comfort and support. Then came Randy (who changed my life). I had a chronic illness years but a major surgery was necessary. Randy an RN not only cared for my health but the whole me, teaching me skills and attitudes and how important getting to the best quality of life was. Above and beyond and he changed my life is all I can say. Dakota RN brought comfort, safety, compassion and no job was too small or would she ever walk out and say call your aide. Patrick brought a light in the room and an efficiency that built trust. Along with words of positive wisdom. They offered my family drinks and I felt though not required they knew this was a family trauma I went through. Cory cared for my personal needs and feeling clean and braiding my hair and just giving this whatever you need attitude which feeling clean emotionally boosts the strength. The turnaround time for call lights was almost unbelievable. The pt is great!!! You are a part of your care. It is a long post but, I am still here day 3, already many more staff have come in kind and generous so sorry if I missed anyone who comes along after this post. Thank you for EVERYTHING. There are not enough words to describe my gratitude. Adding Kaci to this review! You just really know when someone needs a second to chat, what a sweet comforting person to look out for the emotional needs as well! It has been a week still blessed who to have this care but, Donna the RN brings me the smiles I need and takes my mind off illness. Dr. Hurley a very compassionate Physician. Just wanted to end my review with even after time the quality is consistent. This place is the whole package!

Their Christmas party had a good variety of foods!One lady let Elvis set on her lap!
