A resident got out no one found him until 9 am , door all arms going off staff ignored , after being on ground all night and in the pouring rain! Died in hospital later that day.

Tanglewood is aces in my book. My father-in-law lives there and its a great relief to know he is safe and well cared for. A big shout out should go to Rachael at the front entrance. She always has a smile and has helped Dad so many times. Keep up the good work!
