This place is terrible I wouldnt recommend it to my worse enemy, the more you complain the worse it gets. Administrator dont do anything to satisfy you. Place is horrible the state needs to look into this place for sure

What a warm and inviting place! My mom received GREAT care during her Rehab stay at the facility. All-around the staff was fanastic. Mom is doing well at home now and we are thankful for the great care and staff at Spring Mill Health Campus!

The Director of nurses was unbelievably bad. Awful attitude - not engaging or caring at all. Needless to say this behavior trickled down through the other nurses and nursing assitants. Medication administration was a huge issue. The care my dad received was not good at all. We had to micro manage his entire stay - 24/7. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
