This is a disability rights center, not a residential facility. They have Deaf/deaf specialists, a public TTY video phone, and can help people with disabilities do whatever they need to do to maintain and improve their quality of life. There is also Everybody Counts North in Hammond that services all of North Township.

I called to inquire about the services they provide since google lists them as an assisted living facility. I spoke with some woman who was very aggressive and angry because I asked about speaking with the admissions coordinator. I asked to speak to the supervisor and a complete psychopath picked up the phone and started screaming at me at the top of her lungs. She was screaming so loudly clients in my office who I could hear her screaming through the phone. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVEN A PHONE CALL TO THESE PEOPLE. All of that and all I asked is what services they provide to the elderly & disabled
