So far a typical Nursing Home experience. PT is pretty good. You have to have an advocate who keeps things moving though. Dining room is dreadful.

After arguing with other family members about my dad going to this nursing home, I feel disappointed. I feel the service is subpar. Medication is not distributed on a schedule, one more 7am, next 9am, the next might be 11:30, not having the medication in their system regularly can cause issues. The first night there, he rang his call button due to his oxygen not working properly, they responded an hour later. Had this been an emergency the outcome could have been detrimental. The food and selection is the the greatest, one meal arrived as a bun with cheese no burger. I am just really disappointed in this facility especially since I went to bat for them with the rest of our family. Lesson learned.

Nurse lies to us and puts off medicine. Cold food delivered. No fresh water on weekends. Therapy people are wonderful and know what is going on. Most of the rest of the people don't: left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

My buddy spent 3 days in this place, most staff very unprofessional to workers saying in front of us the pay isn't worth this, way understaffed he waiting 3 hours for someone to come and help him get to the bathroom, one morning they didnt bring him his breakfast, I came one night around 9 o'clock pm to visit him a blond haired woman at the desk buzzed me in, I thought they had to actually come to the door and physically do it, i missed the buzz and she threw both hands up and reading her lips it looked like she said what a f--king idiot, the 3rd shift crew while I was there very nice, I think one of the cnas she was a older woman named joanna or jenna and her her RN boss was excellent people, this place didn't follow the doctors orders he was supposed to get up every 3 hours and be watched cause he was a fall risk and they did nothing, if you are anyone you know take them somewhere else,
