Meg and Eric are the best! It took me a while to find the right house, but Meg and Eric were on the ball the whole time, and helped me out of some sticky situations along the way (and helped me avoid some others!). They are genuinely dedicated to their clients' best interests, and fought for me every step of the way. You could not ask for a better real estate team.

I am a first-time home buyer and after careful search I decided to work with Meg and Eric. Meg was very professional throughout the process, she proactively suggested listings, always available to visit any houses and provided her honest opinion. She has our best interest in mind and we never felt any pressure. Once we decided on the house, Meg made the process ease right from communicating with seller to negotiate the price and very proactive through the process. Eric helped us to review the home-inspection reports and suggested options to negotiate the price. The entire process was very pleasing for us first-time home-buyer and she is definitely entitled for her 'real estate-Mom' designation. We highly recommend Med and Eric to our friends and family.

I owned an old house in need of repair in a slightly rundown neighborhood. Meg and Eric helped me through the entire process. They helped me know what needed to be repaired and who could do the repairs reasonably. When it came time to put the house on the market they staged the house nicely and guided me through the overly complex process. I could not have done it without their help.
