My mom was in rehab after fractured hip at Hillcrest. Overall our experience was just as marketing director told us. It is not fancy chandeliers but a clean no frills facility with caring attentive staff and we.thank.everyone for the care you gave our beloved mom.

All our issues were resolved . It is comforting to find a business that actually cares and works with patients family to make sure they get the best treatment that is needed. From housekeeping, physical therapy, social services , nurses , aides , and management, all are making sure my mothers needs are taken care of.

My husband was a patient at Hillcrest after his knee surgery. He was supposed to be there around two weeks and just the first weekend there alone he wasnt given his medicine for his pain after surgery for over 14 hours. His bed was not changed once, he had two bed sores and I had to beg his doctor to release him from there and bring him home. It is sad to see someone who is so patient and easy going to be treated so poorly.

I have worked at Hillcrest Village since 2012 and love it here. I am fortunate to have great staff and residents. We at Hillcrest strive to do our best. We have problems like all long term care but when we find out we try to resolve. I am proud to be a employee for American Senior Communities at HillCrest Village. People have their right to their own opinions but i hate to see negative comments about us because we do CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
