My mother has been a resident here for less than 30 days. She is receiving 30 days of respite care for $6000. The care from the beginning has been substandard. I have talked with several administrators with empty promises to 'get it right' (Janet, Julie, Jennifer and Libby) . If you have a loved one that depends on pendants (call button) for assistance to the restroom etc., you may want to look elsewhere. The facility is beautiful with bells and whistles, however, when it comes to assisted care at a higher level, they don't seem to be able to hit the mark and produce. Additionally, if your loved one takes medication, know that medications may be compromised. I walked in one day and found medication cart unattended and unlocked with medications sitting out. Unacceptable. I pray my mother makes it to the end of her 30 day respite stay. Due to lack luster service, I will be moving her to another facility.

My dad lived here when it first opened. And at that time i couldn't find a better home for my dad. Management was good , food was good , and had the best servers in the world. I took him out after a few months for personal reasons. He is in a great position to come back, so i went back to Traditions to see if the energy was the same i was disappointed! The place look nice on the outside , but the inside was cold its no joy or laughter coming from the staff like before, food wasnt good, the servers and nurses looked like they didnt want to be there. Im trying to find a place for my dad to call home, not another facility.
