New Management. Some new staff. Poor communication with residents and family members. Not happy with Services provided.

As a new employee of Brookdale Castleton , I am deeply grateful for the friendly, nurturing, and fun residents that have embraced me like a long-time companion. Watching the residents of this community share their talents, wisdom and open hearts to each other and all that enter this home, is a much needed dose of kindness in our world. From the resident-lead games, discussion groups and gardens to the warm feeling of just chatting in the living room. It is a privilege to work here, and an HONOR to be embraced by the residents of Brookdale Castleton!

I was very impressed with the staff of this facility. After scheduling an appointment within 24 hours, Fran took plenty of time getting to know us and our situation before showing us the facility. The building is nice and clean (as much as it can be given the age and physical needs of the residents), although it looks a little dated from the outside. The rooms are in the process of being updated and they have a lot of natural light. After our visit, Pamela followed up with us and provided even more helpful information. If I had to choose a facility today and cost was not a factor, Brookdale Castleton would be at the top of my list of the various places I visited.
