Under no circumstance should you EVER consider putting your loved one in Rosegate or any of their other house of horrors! American Senior Communities is a puppet company created by Health & Hospital Corp. of Marion County to shield them from liability for the shocking incompetence of the staff they employ to staff their facilities in Indianapolis. Absolute bottom of the barrel. Do not do this to your loved one or to yourself!

Too much time answering call buttons. So far average is 15 minutes. However it was over two hours this morning waiting for pain meds

Please do not invest your time working within this company. I was an employee for 10 long years, loved my job & everything about it. Never had one single write up. Never called into one shift. My ED allowed my new 'manager' to fire me without any warning or legit reason right before Christmas time. I dedicated a decade of my life to be let go simply because my manager did not like me. Don't waste your time making a career out of ASC. I wish I could post pictures on here of how the current manager of dietary runs her kitchen. It is truly disgusting.
