Food cold, non attentive staff, runs out of food, the worst is the management! Very inattentive and disorganized.

I was very pleased with the entire process of examining the benefits and services provided at the Enclave, getting immediate answers to any and all questions as they arose, introducing my Dad to key staff and the facility, and making the commitment and feeling very comfortable that the Enclave was a perfect fit. He has been a resident for less than a month, but is already very comfortable with his neighbors and the Enclave staff who are most welcoming to him day in, day out.

I have been working with Shanoah in transitioning my grandparents to Assisted Living at The Enclave. It has been a painless process and both of my grandparents are excited to call this their new home after living in the same home for the past 50 years. It CAN be a difficult or stressful stage of life but Shanoah has been quick to respond or answer any questions as they come up and help them in their transition. It's nice to work with people who care just as much about your loved ones as you do. Looking forward to many happy years ahead for them!

We moved our mother to The Enclave in March 2018 and it has been a life changer - for her and our family. She's happy, safe and thriving. The staff is incredibly attentive and always available. There are so many activities to keep her engaged and she's made so many friends. The building is beautiful and clean and feels like a home. Moving her was the hardest decision to make - but the outcome has been better than we could have imagined. Highly recommend.
