Slow response times and poor explanations. If you are looking for a place for your family & you are working on a time line, you should look elsewhere. Staff are rude & lack compassion. They only want pts they can make lots of money off & will take limited care. Very disappointing. Funny how most of the reviews are from employees... says something about the care
