Treated my mother so badly and the food was the worst I have seen. They advertise menus choices and then bring what they want. Made a statement that the menus were lost but said that everyday, which is terribly wrong. Staff was rude and uncaring and didnt help her bathe, she was told that it was only a once a week thing. I cant even imagine being told I can only have help to bath once a week. Administrator was equally uncaring and didnt seem to know what was going on at anytime. They advertise they will take you to appointments, but there is only a transportation van there once a week. Additionally, they have one van and one driver. So if said person calls off then there is no transportation. There is no one else that can drive. They also claimed to have someone in the beauty shop, but the hairdresser was out the whole time; again, they also did not have a back up hairdresser. So if your mother is a lady who gets her hair done, well your out of luck. There is only one person for the whole building! I would never want anyone to experience the sub standards of care my mother experienced. Patients lined up in the hallways sleeping in the chairs obviously unable to ask for help. The same patients were even in their chairs in both the mornings and evenings. Nursing staff gathered at a station instead of out on the floor. I even heard a patient yelling for help! They had to be told by another patients family that a patient was in trouble and yelling for help, even though everyone could hear her. The staff chose to ignore it, until they were told. If you have a loved one there I strongly suggest you go daily to make sure they are cared for. I would never recommend anyone to have family member there. Please dont be fooled by the buildings appearance. The staff is also deceiving upon first impression. They are very nice until you get your loved one admitted. I couldnt get my mother out of there fast enough, and thankfully she had no mental issues and could tell me what was happening to her.

Stay away from this place, they should be charged with neglect. Your loved one will sit in urine until it soaks through to the floor.Staff are lazy and do not do anything unless the have to.DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT

This is the Best Place ! My Mom & Dad have been here for about 5 yrs. They receive THE BEST CARE ! Everyone there is Wonderful, from the front office to the Aides & Nurses.
