The nurses, doctors and even then cleaning staff of Park Terrace are all wonderful people. They took very good care of my mother while she was there and I greatly appreciate that and have no complaint with any of them at all. However, everyone associated with the business side of things at this place are the most incompetent, bottom feeding, money grubbing scum I have ever seen in my whole life...in other words, a typical nursing home.

My father stayed here for roughly 4 months and the care is very lacking. His call light and button would be on for hours before anyone came to help. He would be stuck waiting to use the bathroom or using the bathroom for hours on end. The people are nice, but they are very understaffed. The therapy is very good here. He also had some technical aspects of his care and the nurses did not know or follow proper procedure. Very disappointed overall.

took cna classes here, it is very clean, friendly staff, i noticed the CNA's were very caring towards the residents, fruit infused water and fresh baked cookies everyday in the lobby were very inviting!
