Always a nice, inviting environment.

When I first got hired at this facility I thought it would be a wonderful place to work I was very excited a new administrator came in name Janine she came in with preconceived notions she treated me bad and with a nother employee she chose not to listen to what was going on and sided with the other employee to the point of where I decided to leave a job that I loved she lied and tried to say that I was doing things I weren't even though a charge nurse told her when they view the cameras that what she thought I was doing I was not doing I was reading a tablet and she tried to say I was sleep falsely and gave me some kind of a paper that said last warning so I reported to her some things that we're going on that I was the one doing most of the work she didn't care she decided to run me off she was also racist I wanted to be on day shift there was room for me and another worker to be on day shift she said that she wanted a white person at the front door that she didn't want a black person at the front door meaning she didn't want me on day shift I had more seniority than the other person I had been there longer than the other person I had not missed one day of work the entire year that I was there nor was I ever late this administrator didn't care do not take your loved one to this facility until they get rid of that woman she is not a good fit for that facility and took a job that I loved and made me want to leave it
