Leisure Living Lakeside: Private, Single Story Bungalows for Independent Seniors

Had an appointment to tour this community and their other community over by the Rural King today. Must say, we absolutely love both of them! The lake here is just beautiful with the rocks surrounding it, and we saw several people fishing in the water and also walking around the community. The grounds were clean, the shrubs were nicely pruned and the neighbors were very welcoming and friendly as I was shown their facility. The private entrances and huge patios are very appealing. We appreciated that the home had no stairs, and accessing the home and the community activity center was a breeze, despite recovering from a recent hip surgery. The car wash was in use by someone else during my visit and I was able to see how convenient that is to residents. Nice covered parking, close to Walmart. They were completely sold out of the style we wanted, but we were given applications and told they could put us on a waiting list when we bring them back Monday, which is what we have decided to do. Looking forward to moving in the community as soon as they have a home available, we will definitely be long term renters.
