Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehab

Unfortunately what could possibly be a half decent nursing home is not due too a few things. First being so understaffed they are not able to meet the basic needs for those living there. Second being the food they feed the residents. Egg salad sandwich and soup was one of the lunches provided to my grandma. One piece of bread was rock solid the other piece was so soggy is was mush. After being there for 3 days she was finally served a vegetable. Done of the dinner was fish and mixed vegetables served on a foam plate. By the time it reach her tray to eat it was too cold to enjoy. Even if it was warm the fish was to burnt to even eat. And last my grandma needs assistance walking and getting up due to hip replacement and dementia, so going to the bathroom cant be done alone. She has however been found standing alone in her doorway with no walker, looking for someone to help her. Needless to stay my grandma was only there 5 days.Hope they get the help they need before the add any new residents. Care should be priority over anything else!
