I read the post from David Gladish. You dont have to worry about your loved one at this facility being injured, abused, neglected or anything else. They will get the best of care because you are an attorney. . The rest of us arent that lucky. We have to make sure that we were staying on top of the situation at all times which we had to do. My sister was neglected ALOTduring the time of day when we werent there. We visited twice a day and we still found her uncared for and neglected. Your loved one gets the best of care . Sue and Mark were the best nurses. Pat and Cathy and Helen were great night nurses, but then you get those few that only do the least amount necessary. My sister passed away because she wasnt checked on over a a period of time when she was not checked by Liz, the morning in which she passed away.

This place deserves no stars. Office workers are ignorant, especially the book keeper Laura. She has no personal skills at all. Facility sees my mother isn't doing well, and wait almost a week to send her out to hospital, already knowing she had a bad fall recently. A fall that happen due to poor roommate pairing, putting my mother at greater risk of falling. When my mother was in the hospital, someone went through her belongings and stole from her. When I went to pick her things up, I catch a worker in the room on the phone. Since she was hiding behind the curtain, I can only assume she wasn't on a break. Dyer Nursing needs to improve care for their patients.

I have had my mother here for over a year. The staff and food is pretty good, but the activities director is really good. My mother enjoys the crafts and ice cream socials. The staff answers my questions and will get involved with getting things taken care of inference to any problem. I think people expect everything to be 100% when you are taking care of people with limitations which is not realistic. My mother has been at several nursing homes and we continue to enjoy having her at this location. David
