They need to get rid of maryann who is the scheduler. She favors the cnas especailly since two of them are her daughters. The management are all bffs so god forbid you go to them for any issues you have. I have requested two months in advance to use my pto before i went on maternity leave and i kept getting denied. Finally i called corporate and got mothers day weekend off. She also texted me acting really unprofessional by listening to gossip by her 'buddies.' I finally went into labor while working and after my 4 weeks they had no postion for me that i originally had. Unless youre the schedulers bff and upper managements bff, you get treated a lot different. Oh did i mention..i was one of the good aids...a family was trying to pay me under the table because of how well i took care of their dad and instead of keeping it like i knew a lot of aids would i kept turning it into the nurses to put on his account.

Since new management took over about two years ago the environment has a home front atmosphere. Highly impressed with the renovations. A few good staff have left for more experience in the hospital setting but they still come into see there former residents. They truly care about patients and treat them like they were family. Such a mile stone for the building! Genuine staffing and a great team ! Thank you so much!!

Awful place..

Former employee ,short staff, hard workers don't get recognization, if your one of the favorites you can take as many breaks as you want, Gossip, admin doesn't care , nothing ever gets solved.
