Comfort Keepers has been an absolute godsend to my parents, the caregivers are very nice and have become like family! We called the office for a schedule change and the staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate. Highly recommend Comfort Keepers!

The scheduler MELISSA is awful and hateful. Her job is stressful yes, but her attitude makes it worse!!!!

The schedulers laura Linda and Jennifer can't sync the caregivers schedules. They don't talk to each other. Jennifer is lazy and pulled chastity off my friend mina 2 hours early to go watch someone else because she did not wanna sit til 6am with a different client making my friend wendy have to leave her job to come to minas or she would be left alone. Chasity just plays on her phone and does nothing else. Does not clean bedside commode comes unprepared always has to call to ask for her patients 4 digit is instead of having it wrote down and ready when she gets there. One of them showed up drunk eyes were bloodshot and was wobbly. They need higher standards and drug tests every week or something. Area 10 uses this service so be wary.

Comfort Keepers is absolutely wonderful to work with, they go above and beyond in caring for not only the clients but the families as well. They give back to the community in various ways and are always generous with their volunteering. Would not be anywhere else!
