My daughter looked into care for my parents. She took me to see the facility. I called Emily. She immediately called my daughter and started a fight. I called Sophia. She told my daughter I kept her on the phone too long. Then I asked to speak to Emilys supervisors. She called and yelled at me. The memory care is a joke. Patients are walking around aimlessly. I called the Alzheimers Association. They said what I discuss with them is private information. Calling my daughter and telling her what we discuss is against the law. Please take care of your loved ones. This place is cold, and the staff is hateful.

The staff went out of there way to be extra helpful and friendly. We had to make a quick decision because of a time constraint and we have been very happy with our decision. I would highly recommend Traditions at Reagan Park.
