We first were so relieved that my grandma was being so well taken care of but over time there true colors came out. My grandmas room was disgusting we actually brought our own cleaning supplies down to clean it up. Her arms are always cut and bruised from her bed. Then today we find out they weren't paying attention to her foot being stuck and 100% cut off her toe nail and a bunch of skin.

Lack of nurses aids. Had to wait hours when you push call buttons. Food was horrible! Communication between staff was horrible. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Id say 0 but the nurses were nice and a few aids. Management is a joke. Would never recommend. The laurels of Dekalb is a much better place. Dont let the reviews fool you. My grandma was here about six months and she was treated poorly even after making complaints. I could go on and on. Im just greatful for the ones that did take care of her.
