My husband was in Bethany pointe and had to wait an hour or more for his light to be answered. When he was taken to his room from dinner they would always say they had to take care of other patients then return to assist him to bed but they never returned. He lost endless items of clothing by allowing them to do his laundry, I can only imagine where it all went! He was very prematurely discharged the day after I made a formal complaint.The biggest mistake was sending my husband home with another patients medications amd his home with someone else.The reason for the 3 stars is the staff members who do go above and beyond as if it were their own family.

The best place in Anderson IN staff work hard the one I see work the hardest is Brandi Carraco she puts her all in to it ever day she amazing she's work every weekend and all the Family love her I've heard residence be down when she ain't at work on her days off so great place I trust Bethany Pointe with any of my family or my self to take of us
