terrible communication between home andpatients family, they pushed us to a medicaderoom then when we decided it wasn't for momthey REFUSED to put her back in private roomthey dont return calls, are rude and distort thefacts , mom left sitting on toilet alone at 93 forway to long, they keep ducking calls, and arenon responsive to the family's request , next stopis file complaint with state lic.board..and contactlawyer. VERY UNHAPPY...

My Mom was at Wynscape for 2+ weeks of rehab following a fall. The staff was always caring, friendly and professional. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

An experience nothing short of wonderful. The rooms are clean and modern. Every interaction I had with a staff member was pleasant, kind and attentive. I noticed that staff will stop what they are doing to help you if you have a question with something. I observed the residents enjoying activities such as Wine and Paint, live music, and visits from service dogs. Very pleased with therapy staff. I enjoyed Shrimp Scampi for dinner one night, and it was very good. My overall observations impressed me greatly and I fully trust the excellent staff to care for my friends, family and would recommend.
