I was very impressed with Bradford Place. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the management was engaged and directly involved in all aspects of the facility, and the building itself was warm and inviting. The newly remodeled rooms are bright and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

My mom is a current resident at Bradford Place. She receives very good care from every person there! There are occasions where they are short-staffed, but they all pick up the slack to make the residents feel special. She enjoys the daily conversations with every employee there. She is treated like family from cleaning to the kitchen!

So profoundly unhappy with how things turned out here. My mother did not get her medications correctly, the food was lousy, she went to the hospital and no one called us, the facility is short staffed - it is a long list. We moved her out. I understand the place is now up for sale. Good. It needs better management.
