Ive dealt with LTC facilities all my life, both sides family members residing and working. Next to West Wing in DeWitt,, this is next in line. I like the fact theres no odors, residents pushed and sat next to the walls, activities everyday, so far all of the staff have been very kind and accommodating to make things easier for my mom.

They do not have enough staff to care for all of the residents...they do not take the time to greet anyone and rarely could they answer questions about anything. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible company to to business with. They don't pay their bills and when you talk to corporate the just say we will process it today and send it out on our next check run. Strongly recommend not to do business with them.
