Manor At Mason Woods

I live right down the road from here. Thier is elderly always getting out here. Today October 31 2018 my husband was coming home saw this lady walking down the street in the rain soaked and confused looked he stopped and asked her if she needed help. He tried to get her in his truck but cpuld npt so he called me. Once I got thier I got her in my car and drove back up thier. My husband stayed at the car while i went in. As I was walking in the doors they was unlocked so it was easy for her to leave. I went inside to find a worker thier was no telling how long she had been out thier but non of the workers where looking for they didnt even no she was gone!. One of the workers went and got I believe to be the manager of the place she was really rude and did not seem to care. I have worked in this field for years so I no its hard but still you have alarms that sound you are suppose to go running when you hear that no matter what. The location of this place is not very good either right next to a busy highway and also a woods. All I'm saying is you people need to get better alarms because if it was not for my husband thier is no telling what would have happened to her!
