I was very hesitant to allow a helper into my home. But my daughter insisted I try it since she lives in California. The Right at Home owner was very nice and asked me a lot of questions regarding my likes/dislikes, how I want my caregiver to dress, exactly which tasks I want to be done or not be done, and how chatty they should be. After one week I called my daughter to say I absolutely love my Right at Home helper and are so happy that she is helping me stay at home.

My brother was having some issues at home, but wanted to stay at home instead of going into assisted living, but saw an article in paper about Right at Home. We decided to give it a try, and it working perfectly for my brother. She comes 4 hours 3 times a week, and it works great. She goes shopping, take to drs, and cleans his house and does laundry. We're all happy and recommend them to anyone.

Right at Home Peoria is a great place to work because they care so much about their Clients AND Caregivers. The owner, Jen, goes the extra mile to help out her clients with anything they need help with. She has even shown up with her boys to help a client move a bed into a new room one weekend evening! She appreciates her caregivers and knows that if you care about your staff, they will care more about themselves, and treat their clients better too.
