My mother had a stroke while being a resident there and they didn't even notice it. She sat in her wheel chair for hours all slumped over to the side. Never take a loved one there! This place is horrible!

The staff are very attentive, clean facility, no odors, very warm and inviting common areas. Exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Liberty Village of Pekin to any of my family and friends. The Bounce Back Team delivered an individualized treatment plan that was centered around not only the needs but the goals to return home. My mother was very well cared for and I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did to make this part of her journey a success. Thank you!
