The place is disgusting and depressing. The nurses seem not to care. I don't recommend it at all!

Happy to work for such a wonderful facility. The campus is filled with great staff and people who care about each other. We are passionate about the patients we serve and providing the best care. This is a great company to work for with great values!

My mother was here for almost 5 weeks. We chose Bria Strive due to the fact that they have rehab and on site dialysis. We thought it would be easier on her to do both in one facility. The nurses and CNAs were very nice but definitely understaffed. I believe they are making the best of a bad situation. As for administration, they were not helpful at all. We complained after a care plan meeting at the end of her third week. The Nursing supervisor and the physical therapy supervisor knew nothing about my mom or her progress at all. They told us she was not progressing so she would need to leave the facility the following week even though she would still need 24 hour care, but when we pressed for more information the PT supervisor looked up her file on the computer and notes from therapists who worked with her showed she was progressing. This supervisor also gave my cell phone number and personal information about my mother to a company called A Place for Mom after I specifically told them we were not interested in using that service. All I got from her boss was an apology, she never apologized though, and he said she will be trained better. The new administrator we spoke to promised he would look into all of this and I never heard from him again. His assistant was in a follow up meeting, but was very condescending. I could go on about individual supervisors rude behavior, but suffice it to say, I would not recommend Bria Strive, especially if your loved one is elderly and in poor health. Administration just treated her like a Medicare payment, not a sick person who needed their help.
