Newton Care Center

This facility is a very well-kept. The floors are.always shiny and smells good. The facility is super clean but not with the chemical clean kinda smell. It smells fresh. The staff are extremely careful with the reaidents. They are all attentive, always smiling, truthful to every need or concern that you may have with a loved one. Like in any other facility they may have issues, but ask the staff, they are addressed and everyone knows what their responsibility is. They are truly team players and none express a 'its not my department' attitude. They all genuiney care and each try their best to assist in resolving rather than blaming. The residents all are very happy, enjoy the food, and you can simply tell by first hand-knowledge, they all genuinely welcome you to their 'home'. The reaidents family who frequent there are genuinely happy when they come in to visit their loved ones and are always smiling when they leave. Great job you guys! Keep up the great work!
