I am so happy with the cottages. The culture is warm, inviting and welcoming. Plenty of great activities and staff really care. Culture always starts at the top. Tim Oneil does a tremendous job appreciating and celebrating the staff and it shows!

Really enjoyed the time we spent at The Cottages. Tim O'Neil (The Director) was a pleasure to work with. In most cases, the care of your loved one is only as good as the day the caregiver is having. However, I see Tim's management, of The Cottages, as definitely raising the standards in the level of care and attention given to those we care about so deeply. I took my commitment to Jim seriously and was daily, very involved in his care. Through this, the staff became much like family. I have great respect for them and for the jobs they do. I wish I could name each one of them but I'm afraid I'll leave someone out so you know who you are when I say Thank you for your kindness and gentleness. When your time comes, to need the level of care that The Cottages offers, may you be met with the same care that you extended to Jim and I.
