Very unorganized in the HR department. I had a lot of issues with my check. My first check was mailed to the wrong address. They forgot to put the shift differential on it. The pay period cut off on a Saturday night, so they were not paying me the other part on my hours worked on Saturday on the next pay period. I had to literally go to HR and tell her about it. They never answer the phone and they seem to always be closed. Management staff talk to there CNAs any kind of way

My parents live here, and I describe the place as a 'Land Cruise' with all of the amenities, activities, and dining options! It feels much more like an upscale condominium as opposed to a retirement facility, but it also bring great peace of mind knowing that there are medical facilities and assistance on-site should the need arise.

I have to say I had the wrost experience trying to visit my mother I will usually take an uber from work to vist from time to time but today when I went to the gate the gate attendant was so rude I gave her the name and who I was visiting and she told me she didnt know who it was and that I was at the wrong building which I wasnt. she even made him pull in and then go back around to the springs side I had to walk all the way from one building to the next any other time I take an uber the driver tells her he's an uber and she let's him right in but today she didnt there needs too be some retraining.

Moved into town a few months ago and my mother is here, this place really cares about the elderly which puts me at ease thank you guys so much!
