Vonderlieth Living Center

I absolutely love working at Vonderlieth Living Center! The staff provide kind and compassionate care to the residents, as well as with each other. The vibe of the building has a positive tone. The residents are interactive and fun on both the north and south hall! Our administrator is a strong leader who is kind but firm. I would encourage anyone to apply for employment here!

I have worked here 4 years now. It's a great place to work. It makes me smile to see so much love, and compassion for our residents, not only from the wonderful nurses and cna's but from every department. I feel privileged to work with such wonderful caring people.

They are extremely helpful and helped us with my Dad. It is so peaceful, clean and everyone is happy there. Great place to have your loved ones at!!!

Vonderlieth has been a blessing to our family! The staff has gone out of their way to make my mother-in-law feel at home. You feel it as soon as you walk in the door. We had transferred from another facility after recovery from a surgery due to physical challenges. We were all surprised at how she didnt have to ask for help - most of the time they staff came and offered help. There are several staff members who have worked there for several years - which is not common in the long term care industry. We have been told from day one that communication is the key. We had one incident where care was subpar - it was not a major issue - I was not even going to mention it. Donna, the director, stopped me on my way out to make sure I was aware of it and to assure me that they would take steps to not have a recurrence. A lot of facilities may not own up to it immediately until you confront them.The facility is exceptionally clean and does not have the odor usually found at a long term care facility. They have a wonderful activities staff!!Bottom line - I believe Vonderlieth and their staff have pride, integrity, and warm caring hearts.
