While visiting this nursing home, I encountered many unsatifying issues. The first is that the rooms floors and walls were covered with scuffs. Secondly, I find it to be unprofessional for nurses to be yelling across the general area. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe due to a hostile environment. I also have a problem with staffing. When you need something it is difficult to find help due to there not being enough staff.
