Bella Terra is the bomb.com even through these difficult challenging times. They communicate effectively with patients families and keep them updated on a weekly basis and also provide resources where we can find out Important information and updates I can honestly say I trust my love one under their care even though I am not able to to them,Also not to mention their wonderful admissions Director Malika Bolden she is funny,sweet,compassionate, and in my eyes a VERY hard worker! She has just came back off leave and it feels like she never left I am beyond happy to have her back! I give Bella Terra 5 stars #healthcareheros

It must be known that NOT ALL SKILLED NURSING/ REHABILITATION FACILITIES ARE ALIKE...BELLA TERRA REHABILITATION CENTER IN MORTON GROVE ILLINOIS IS, HANDS DOWN WHERE YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO GO !!!I was 'BLESSED ' with The Cream of the Crop Staff Members...Leaving no stone unturned 'Making it do '= Ann Rizzo, Clinical Care Coordinator . Social Worker EXTRAORDINAIRE = Amy Laudermith . Adriana Benitez = Wound Care 'SPECIALIST ' In my book .My Darling Amanda Roddy= Registed Nurse. She really should TRAIN NEW NURSES. ' I'm just saying.......These 4 OUTSTANDING WOMEN EACH IN THEIR OWN SPECIAL WAY, PULLED ME THROUGH ONE OF THE TOUGHEST TIMES OF MINE & MY BROTHERS LIVES - IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS HORRIBLE PANDEMIC ! BRAVO LADIES, YOU EACH HAVE GONE ABOVE & BEYOND ANYTHING I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS.. GREATFULLY YOURS , THE FITZPATRICK FAMILY

July of 2018 I had right knee replacement surgery!August of 2018 I completed my PT/OT at Bella Terra Morton Grove.All the staff involved with my care were very nice & professional!The facility was beautiful & clean.Upon arrival I was greeted by several staff members (DON, nurse & CNA) of the unit.My room was nice & clean with an attached bathroom!Several staff from different departments stopped by my room to introduce themselves.(Social Worker,Activity Director, dietitian & PT/OT- reviewed my PT/OT schedule!The PT/OT department were awesome! Professional, and nice!All the nurses and CNAs who assisted with my care were so nice,and professional!The physical therapy room was huge,clean, organize with lots of equipment to complete your PT and OT sessions. The dietary department offers a wide range of nutritional food to choose from the menu & the food is delicious!I am scheduled for left knee replacement surgery & would definitely like to be accepted to come back to the Bella Terra for PT/OT. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who require physical therapy for my knee and hip replacement. thank you

We just want to praise and thank all the Bella Terra staff during these challenging times. The communication we received was outstanding. I know our father is in good hands and for that we are truly grateful.
