It is a privilege to care for seniors experiencing dementia/Alzheimer's. When we expect the best in care and fall short of this, it is not acceptable. Caring for seniors is a great responsibility, those who walked before us and given us so many things in life to be thankful for. We owe them a great reward of caring for them at the highest level. When corporate decisions or lack of, over rule the value of doing the right thing and caring for seniors with thoughtful activities and excellent care, you tarnish your integrity and your honesty. I can't imagine a family not wanting their loved one in a community that honors these values. White Oaks is not that community.

When this community first opened it was a promising memory care. As of 2020 this senior care community has gone downhill very quickly. Lots of turnover with staff, including 4 directors in 2 years, 3 activity directors. The residents are not cared for and there are never any activities going on, which for memory care, is essential for our loved ones. The director is deceitful and the corporate management company only cares about the money they are making. Very disappointed and moved my family member out of White Oaks, thankfully, they are doing much better now, in a new environment. Would never recommend this community.

On Sunday July 29 the staff held a luau. Entertainment was provided by Bahama Bob, the food by staff cooks was quite good. It was a very nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon, a very nice day to be alive.Bob & Judy miller
