For anyone putting their loved ones in this place be mindful of the help. My grandmother was living here and had a substantial amount of money stolen from her room out of her safe. Apparently hiring individuals with criminal backgrounds such as theft is ok to do. Also when returning to get final belongings and mail the attendant at the desk aggressively told my family they were no longer welcomed at the premises do to the situation that occurred. Not professional!

Mattoon Brookstone North is a great place for the people who live there and a great place to work!. They just raved about the Christmas dinner. The residents state on multiple occasions that the food and environment is a great place to live and eat. I absolutely love working here. The environment is so nice!!!

As a Firefighter in this community I can say that the Staff at Brookstone Estates in Mattoon at both North and South take 100% pride in giving the highest quality of care to their residents. To them, residents come first. From a Clean environment to Great food, residents are able to feel at home. Personnel are always on call in case of an emergency and will act at the first notice. If you are looking for a great Rewarding home for your loved one, I highly recommend speaking with the Staff at Brookstone Estates.
