Bickford is a great place to workI love my job!I love everyone I care for and everyone I work with we are like a family I wouldn't want to work anywhere else at bickford we work as a team and I love seeing everyone's smiling face

Everyday I make it a goal to make each one of our residents smile. I became a cna because I love helping people. I love being able to get to come to work everyday and spend it with our residents because their story's are so amazing. Residents and the staff have become family to one another. I Love how much our residents love us and thank us and myself for caring for them. Makes everyday worth smiling. Our food here is amazing just ask our residents and their family's, I hear all the time that the food was great. Our Director and DON have always check in with us and have supported the stuff but also the residents and their family. I am 100% proud to work in our residents home. I love bickford!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff is rude and would rather hide in the laundry room than care for their residents. They are constantly understaffed and accept residents they aren't equipped to care for, leading to the injury of staff and resident alike. The directors obviously have no care for the staff and it shows as staff has lost interest in caring for residents. On more than one occasion I have witness several of the staff, directors included, insulting residents and other staff members. The carpet is always caked with food, the silverware is always dirty, the food is always cold and could be compared to prison food, and my great grandmother is always soaked and dirty. I wouldn't drop my worst enemy off here.
