Great community! My mom recently moved here and has had a pleasant experience so far. Kristen, Julie and Doreen have made the move in process seamless and stress free. The property is well maintained, in an excellent location, beautiful amenities, and great resident events. This is a beautifully appointed building with wonderful employees. At Overture you can choose your level of involvement with your fellow tenants. If you prefer to keep to yourself you can certainly do so and youll find the building to be very quiet with common space that is set up to allow you to feel like you are still in your own living room or on your own patio. If you enjoy the idea of having neighbors you will love the number, and quality, of organized activities that allow you to feel a part of the community.
