Yes. Chef. Who cares?? Taking care of residents. Should be first and formostAlso. Maple Ridge operated by Mr Bellows. Loving family owned. Then Symphony. Michael Minter. Corperation owned. I was forced to resign or get fired. I had an open door policy for residents families and employees symphony. Did not like what I stood up for... Do not know about generations. But if you look them up on FB. Symphony/ generations

This place is very unprofessional, and the staff here are very rude to new people that come in and try to help out....the nurses and cnas and the lack of staff makes you not want to even work at this place which is really sad to say, but I wont risk my license because of someone who has a problem with me for no apparent reason. I love the residents here I pray for there safety and well being. Please someone listen to what these residents are saying and help them out.

My 73 year old father was admitted to this facility in May of 2018 after a shooting left him paralyzed and oxygen dependant. My initial contact with them left me hopeful that they would put every effort into his care and recovery, unfortunately that is not how this unfolded. He acquired cdiff here, numerous infections that were mostly caught by family members who noticed the blood red urine in his collection bag, they placed a rag at his neck for him to spit out his mucous on because with their severe understaffing no one was there to suction out his lungs. His last day with them went much like this, 2 pm first call, septic shock is suspected but doc doesn't come to facility until 5 pm, 5 pm turned into 9 pm all the while septic shock is worsening, facility runs labs finally send him to Lincoln hospital at 11pm, nothing we can do he's too severe, we sent him to St Francis. White blood cell count through the roof from septic shock, severe dehydration and we have to do emergency surgery for toxic megacolon because it's the source of infection. Needless to say my father passed away shortly after. This facility is a joke and the care they provide is minimal at best.
