So far, my mom has been there for a day and a half. I was promised an Email containing her care plan and have not yet received it. Im very leery right now, but I will give it a day or so to see how things progress.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother has been in this facility for 3.5 weeks and we have not received one update from a social worker or doctor. Weve left several messages for supervisors with no response. One day the social worker, Marliese, provided a two sentence update saying our mother didnt want to move to FL. Other than that we have no idea how her progress is going. After now reading reviews it seems this is a terrible facility. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Dont send your loved ones here!! Worthless people who work there that cant provide an update after 3.5 weeks. Totally ridiculous!!

I am so grateful of the assistance the staff provided to my aunt until her passing. It was not always perfect but their caring, good intentions and passion in all they did was palpable. We had visited other nursing homes before but what struck us the most was the male main manager in the front office. He will always stop doing whatever he was doing just to address our concerns and provided emotional support during such difficult time. Staff was very compassionate, food and activities were good. I get some people expect everything to be perfect but the work you do is very admirable. Our family will always be grateful for making my aunt's journey a bearable and dignified experience. Thank you.

The food at this place is horrendous. Every morning for breakfast its the same thing, toast and eggs. Mystery meat for lunch and dinner. If I ever see an egg again it will be to soon. Not sure what you have to do just to get cold cereal and milk but Id rather have that everyday then eggs. Unfortunately Im here for physical therapy so not like I can run down the street to the grocery storeThe physical therapy are good and do help.a lot. But the nutrition to help build your body back up leaves much to be desired. The one thing I can Say it is good if you need to loose weight
