A very well maintained housing complex. My aunt and first cousin live here and they thoroughly enjoy it. The premises are kept clean. There is a community room on the first floor where lunch is brought in and which can be reserved for family events. Activities are planned for the residents with voluntary participation. There is an elected council of Tower's residents to administer the day to day business of the complex. I have visited many times and always had a pleasant experience.
