Since the recent owner change, I've been very unsatisfied with my visits. The owners treat the staff terribly & now expect our loved ones to feel welcome at a place they don't get to interact with the staff due to new rules. Some of them don't have anyone & the staff is their only family. How can you take that from them? Also, the activities are canceled now non stop. Are they not allowed to have any enjoyment? The only reason I won't be moving my loved one is due to the fact we absolutely love the staff & are in hope things will get better.
