Was one of the first people to sign up for their homeowners assistance program a few years sgo. They had no ideas as to how to implement their program! It took months after they recieved the grant to start dispersing money because of their lack of professionalism. Needless to say, My family went from the 'perfect candidate' to 'not eligible '.... Smh...
