A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY MOM !!!! SHE WAS REFERRED THERE FOR POST SURGICAL REHAB AND SHE RETURNED HOME TRAUMATIZED AND IN WORSE SHAPE THAN WHEN SHE ENTERED THIS FACILITY. THE STAFF LIED TO ME EVERY DAY BECAUSE THEY KNEW I COULD NOT COME SEE HER. DO NOT SEND A DOG THERE IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. IM SO SAD FOR ANYONE STAYING IN THIS FACILITY

This place is horrible not very clean CNAs are lazy most of them they laugh and joke about patients the food is horrible most of the time your medication are messed up they don't follow the doctors order ,whenp your call lite it may take over an hour for someone to come and see what,s wrong. What made me get though that place was people like nurse 'Simonette,Ms. Ruby a CNA, and a hand full of other staff.'Without the help and speciality of theses certain carring people I couldn't have made it. placeThis is one place that has lots of room for improvement,'Not Patients'.

I've been working for Manor Care as a company for 3 years and I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was treated at ManorCare of Homewood. This facility is under staff , unprofessional, unorganized work at your own risk.
